Hello and welcome to Healing Through Enlightenment. This is a new publishing company established to publish books about how to apply spiritual principles to our most difficult problems. The first of these, a novel called Forgiveness has been published and is available now.
What is Healing Through Enlightenment all about?
It's a bit of an unwieldy company name, but it encapsulates the ethos behind our work, which is this: each one of us is essentially a light being, but sometimes we can't see it. Sometimes darkness obscures the light in ourselves and others.
Many people have studied spiritual books, gone to talks, and worked on themselves, but find themselves drawn back into dark patterns of thought, such as recurrent anger, self doubt, depression and so on. Spiritual works aimed at large groups often focus only on the light, which means that an understanding of how darkness works is missing. For many people, that's fine, but for a significant number it can lead to a block.
Opening up to light
At Healing Through Enlightenment, we aim to help people get past this block and uncover the light within themselves. To this end, we produce a number of free resources. There is a blog, at www.healingthroughenlightenment.blogspot.com which is a daily inspiration for healers and spiritual seekers. There is a group on Facebook, allied to our work, called the Natural Healing School, where people who are involved in learning about healing can get together and share their stories, questions, problems and joys. There is a physical group who meet monthly in Leeds. If you would be interested in finding out about this group or starting a group in your area with our help, do please let us know. Oh, and Sarah is available for talks on spirituality, around the country.
